I trained at Juilliard and spent a decade performing with companies in New York and Berlin before returning to the studio to teach. My practice sits at the intersection of contemporary technique and somatic awareness — I believe the body already knows what it needs to do, and my work is to help it remember. I teach the way I dance: with attention, economy, and care. Every session begins with listening.
